Cold Pressed Black Sesame Oil

Pressed from black sesame seed rather than white, this oil carries a darker amber colour and a rounder, more pronounced sesame character.

It is used in traditional preparations and pickles where a stronger sesame note is wanted, and for external use in the way many families have long used it.
