Buffalo Ghee

Buffalo ghee is thicker and paler than cow ghee, with the rich, grainy set many Telugu households prefer for pappu, sweets and festival cooking.

Ours is simmered slowly until the milk solids settle and the ghee runs clear, then packed in glass while still fresh.

గేదె నెయ్యి ఆవు నెయ్యి కంటే చిక్కగా, తెల్లగా ఉంటుంది; పప్పు, స్వీట్లు, పండుగ వంటలకు తెలుగు ఇళ్లలో దీన్నే ఎక్కువ ఇష్టపడతారు. వెన్నను నెమ్మదిగా కాచి, మడ్డి కిందకు దిగి నెయ్యి తేటగా అయ్యాక తాజాగానే గాజు సీసాలో ప్యాక్ చేస్తాం.
