Daniya Powder (Coriander Powder)

Daniya powder gives a curry its body. Ground from whole coriander seed, it keeps the mild citrus smell that vanishes from powder that has sat too long on a shelf.

It is used across daily cooking — curries, koora podi, masala blends and gravies.

కూరకు చిక్కదనం ఇచ్చేది ధనియాల పొడి. గింజల నుంచి తాజాగా ఆడించడం వల్ల సున్నితమైన వాసన అలాగే ఉంటుంది — చాలా రోజులు నిల్వ ఉన్న పొడిలో ఇది ఉండదు. కూరలు, కూర పొడి, మసాలా మిశ్రమాలు, గ్రేవీలకు వాడతారు.
